Shipping Policy

1. Delivery areas

MC Cards ships its products throughout Canada.
For other countries, please contact us before placing your order to confirm service availability.

2. Processing times

All orders are processed within 1-3 business days after payment is received.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.

3. Delivery times and methods

We mainly use the services of:

  • Canada Post

  • Purolator or UPS (depending on destination and product type)

The average times are:

  • Canada Post: 3 to 5 business days

  • Purolator or UPS: 2 to 3 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on region and carrier conditions.

4. Delivery costs

Delivery charges are fixed at $14.99.

💡 We offer free shipping on all orders of $150 or more (if applicable, this information will be displayed at the time of ordering).

5. Order tracking

Once the order has been shipped, a tracking number will be emailed to you.
You can track the status of your shipment directly on the carrier's website.

6. Damage during delivery

MC Cards carefully packages each item to avoid damage.
However, if your package arrives damaged:

  1. Take clear photos of the package and the damaged product.

  2. Contact us within 48 hours at clients@mccards.ca.

We will work with the carrier to find a quick solution (replacement or refund as appropriate).

7. Delays and Responsibilities

MC Cards is not responsible for delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, or customs.
Once the package is handed over to the carrier, the responsibility for the delivery time falls to them.

8. Address error

Please check your address carefully before finalizing the order.
MC Cards cannot be held responsible for delays or losses due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.
