Return policy

1. Products eligible for return

At MC Cards, customer satisfaction is a priority.
Returns are accepted only in the following cases:

  • The product received is damaged or different from the one ordered.

  • The product has a defect not mentioned in the description.

⚠️ Due to the nature of graded sports cards (KSA, PSA, etc.), no returns or refunds will be accepted based on rating, evaluation, or personal preference.

2. Deadlines for requesting a return

You have 7 days following receipt of your order to report any problems to us.
After this period, no refund can be granted.

3. Return procedure

To request a return:

  1. Contact us at clients@mccards.ca] with your order number.

  2. Attach clear photos of the product and packaging.

  3. Wait for confirmation before returning the product.
    Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.

4. Return costs

  • If the error is from MC Cards (incorrect product, damaged upon receipt), the return costs are our responsibility.

  • In other cases, delivery and return costs remain the responsibility of the customer.

5. Reimbursement

Once the return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
Initial shipping charges are non-refundable unless we are mistaken.

6. Special orders and promotions

Final sales, promotional products or sweepstakes/contests are non-refundable.

7. Accessories

Accessories (cases, pouches, etc.) can be returned if new and unopened within 14 days of receipt.
